CPI training provides the de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies you need to create a culture of safety. The program focuses on decision-making skills to match the level of the response to the risk of the crisis, and focuses on the least-restrictive response to ensure the Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security℠ of those in your care. CPI additionally recognizes the stages of an escalating crisis and uses learning evidence-based techniques to appropriately de-escalate.
